Paul + Emily

Paul and Emily

Memorial Day weekend finally arrived, and along with it, the Weiblen wedding. This marks the first of many weddings for us in 2012, and what a way to kick off the season. Laura and I were honored to capture such a special and beautiful day for such special and beautiful people.  Paul and Emily were such a joy to photograph. They are incredibly easy going, fun, genuine, and just an all around amazing couple. Their deep love, respect, and commitment for one another was evident as we spent the day interacting with them. It was immediately obvious that a great deal of planning and preparation had gone into this gorgeous wedding. All the little details, from the hand-painted signs and custom-made crossword puzzles, to the personalized cupcakes and family heirloom typewriter used as the guest book, really set this wedding apart as unique, creative, and very personal. The setting was perfect for the event as well. The ceremony and reception were both held at the Bride’s parents’ home just outside Bartlesville, Oklahoma. All in all, it was wonderful day. We wish Paul and Emily all the best as they embark on their new life together.

Mother and Daughter – both beautiful people.

Awesome people.
